I.D. MATE BAR CODE

I.D. Mate is a portable, self-contained electronic device that can be used to identify any bar-coded product such as cans, jars, boxes, bottles, clothing, compact disks, books and on and on. Its 256 MB compact flash card memory contains the identification of 800,000 UPC codes. Many of the spoken descriptions provide extended details such as instructions, ingredients, warnings etc. If an item that cannot be identified by touch and is not already bard-coded, it can be bar-coded using labels and then "read" using this unit. As easy to use as a cassette player. Comes with large print and cassette instructions, plus built-in talking help function. Measures 11 x 4" x 4" and weighs less than 2 lbs. Kit includes: I.D.
